「買い物ルートメモ」利用規約

第1条(適用)

本利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、開発者(以下「当方」)が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「買い物ルートメモ」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条(利用料金)

本アプリは無料でご利用いただけます(一部機能に広告視聴が必要な場合があります)。有料プラン(買い切り、500円)にお申し込みいただくと、広告なし・自動並び替え無制限などの機能をご利用いただけます。有料プランは1回のお支払いで継続してご利用いただけるもので、期間ごとのご請求(サブスクリプション)ではありません。

第3条(お支払い・返金)

有料プランのお支払いは、Google PlayまたはApp Storeを通じて行われます。返金につきましては、各ストアの返金ポリシーに従うものとし、当方が直接返金対応を行うことはありません。

第4条(禁止事項)

ユーザーは本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。 ・本アプリの複製・改変・逆コンパイル等、不正な解析行為 ・本アプリの運営を妨害する行為 ・法令または公序良俗に違反する行為 ・その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第5条(免責事項)

本アプリは、経路の並び替えや近くの店の検索において、外部の地図データ(OpenStreetMap)を利用しています。地図データの正確性・最新性について、当方は保証いたしません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は法令上許容される範囲で責任を負いません。

第6条(サービスの変更・終了)

当方は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。

第7条(本規約の変更)

当方は、必要と判断した場合、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内に掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。

第8条(準拠法)

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

Terms of Service for "Kaimono Route Memo"

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions of use for the smartphone app "Kaimono Route Memo" (the "App") provided by its developer ("we"/"us"). By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Usage Fees)

The App is free to use (some features may require watching an ad). By purchasing the paid plan (one-time payment, 500 yen), you can unlock ad-free use, unlimited auto-reordering, and other features. The paid plan is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.

Article 3 (Payment and Refunds)

Payment for the paid plan is made through Google Play or the App Store. Refunds are subject to each store's refund policy; we do not process refunds directly.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not, in connection with use of the App: - Copy, modify, decompile, or otherwise unlawfully analyze the App - Interfere with the operation of the App - Violate laws or public order and morals - Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The App uses external map data (OpenStreetMap) for route reordering and nearby store search. We do not guarantee the accuracy or currency of this map data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

Article 6 (Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service)

We may change the content of the App or discontinue it without prior notice to users. We are not liable for any damages users incur as a result.

Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these Terms without prior notice when we deem it necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted within the App.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
