「買い物ルートメモ」(以下「本アプリ」)は、開発者(以下「当方」)が提供するスマートフォンアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは会員登録・ログインを必要とせず、氏名や電話番号などの個人情報は取得しません。以下の情報のみを扱います。 ・位置情報: 自宅や店の場所を登録する際、端末の位置情報(GPS)を使用します。経路の並び替えは端末内の計算のみで行われ、当方のサーバーに送信されることはありません。 ・買い物メモ・お気に入りの店・在庫(期限)・献立などのデータ: すべて端末内に保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。バックアップ機能で書き出したファイルも、ご自身の端末やクラウドストレージなど、ユーザーご自身が選んだ保存先に保存されるものです。
近くの店を検索する機能、および地名を調べる機能では、無料の地図データベースであるOpenStreetMapの公開サービス(Overpass API、Nominatim)に、検索に必要な範囲の位置情報(緯度・経度)を送信します。これらは店名・住所などの地図データを取得するためだけに使われ、個人を特定する情報と結びつけて送信されることはありません。送信先の詳細は OpenStreetMap Foundation のプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
期限が近づいた在庫をお知らせする通知は、端末内でスケジュールされるローカル通知です。外部のプッシュ通知サーバーは使用しておらず、通知のために情報が外部へ送信されることはありません。
無料版では、自動並び替え機能を利用する際に広告視聴をお願いする場合があります。広告に関する情報の取り扱いは、今後実際の広告配信サービスを導入した際に本ポリシーへ追記します。
有料プラン(買い切り)のお支払いは、Google PlayまたはApp Storeの決済システムを通じて行われます。お支払い情報(クレジットカード番号等)を当方が取得・保存することはありません。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありませんが、お子様が利用される場合は保護者の方の管理のもとでご利用ください。
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
本アプリ内のデータは、各画面の削除操作、またはアプリのアンインストールによって端末から削除されます。データの取り扱いに関するご質問は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更や機能追加に伴い予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は本アプリ内のこのページに掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。

"Kaimono Route Memo" (the "App") is a smartphone app provided by its developer ("we"/"us"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.
The App does not require account registration or login, and does not collect personal information such as your name or phone number. We only handle the following information: - Location data: When you register your home or a store's location, the App uses your device's GPS. Route reordering is calculated entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers. - Shopping list, favorite stores, stock (expiration) items, and meal plan data: All stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers. Files exported via the backup feature are also saved only to a destination you choose yourself (your device or your own cloud storage).
The nearby store search and place lookup features send the minimum location data (latitude/longitude) needed for the search to OpenStreetMap's free, public map services (Overpass API, Nominatim). This is used only to retrieve map data such as store names and addresses, and is never linked to personally identifiable information. Notifications about upcoming expiration dates are local notifications scheduled entirely on your device. No external push notification server is used, and no information is sent externally for this purpose.
The free version may ask you to watch an ad to use the auto-reorder feature. Details on data handling related to advertising will be added to this policy once an actual ad delivery service is implemented.
Payment for the paid plan (one-time purchase) is processed through Google Play or the App Store's payment system. We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers.
The App is not targeted at a specific age group. If used by a child, please ensure it is used under a guardian's supervision.
Except as required by law, we do not disclose collected information to third parties without consent.
Data within the App is deleted from your device via the delete operations in each screen, or by uninstalling the App. For questions about data handling, please contact us at the address below.
This policy may be changed without notice due to changes in law or the addition of new features. Changes take effect once the updated content is posted on this page within the App.
